Yesterday, Field Soosloff, Liam Baez-Terry, and Grace Schwenk traveled to Billings to compete, unattached in the NAIA Half-Marathon qualifier.  Field  placed 2^nd behind Dakota State's Max Cruse.  Field's time was 1:11:03.   Liam placed 9^th in the men's race with a time of 1:20:38.
 
Grace placed 5^th in the Women' s race with a time of 1:39:02.
 
They really went down to Billings with the intention of having some fun and using the half as more of a training run, but they ran really well. I was really proud of them.  They've been training really well this winter.
 
The entire Men's team will be back in Billings on Friday for a unique cross-country meet, as they work to regain their top 25 ranking before Nationals, April 9^th.
