Olson Inks With Skylights Volleyball

Montana State University-Northern head volleyball coach Jerry Wagner has announced the signing of Havre High School standout Adisyn Olson to join the Skylights program next year.

"I'm excited to announce the signing of Adisyn Olson, a 5' 2" DS/L, from Havre High School.  She will join the Skylights Volleyball program in the Fall of 2025"

"One of the main things that stood out to me when recruiting Adisyn was her attitude, work ethic and the positive effect she has on her teammates.  These are essential attributes a player must have to be a member of a successful team"

Olson is a 5-foot-2 libero. While at Havre High School she averaged 2.13 serve receive, serving percentage of 91.2, and .41 aces per set. She also had had 44 digs in a match, and had a total of 348 digs her senior season.

 "Adisyn, has speed, quickness, a relentless pursuit and in my opinion an untapped potential. These are necessary qualities to have when joining a team with a high volleyball IQ.  She will be joining one of the top defensive teams in NAIA"

"Adisyn, is a great match academically and athletically. She will be studying Elementary Education"

Her sophomore season Havre High took second place at the State Class A tournament.  Adisyn's , Junior year she was honored with 2nd team All-Conference and this past year she won the Sportsmanship Award.  Adisyn excelled in the classroom as well earning Academic All -State honors both her Junior and Senior years.

"I'm looking forward to coaching Addison and see her fitting in quickly with her Skylight teammates. "

When asked why she chose Northern she replied "I love the Havre Community and wanted to stay close to home. I have grown up watching the Skylights and have always dreamed of being one. I am beyond excited to be part of such an amazing program."

Adisyn is the daughter to DJ and Kristi Olson.
