The MSU-Northern Cross-Country team competed in the Yellowjacket Invitation. This Invitation was full of different schools. Northern competed against NCAA DII, NAIA, and Community College's. Junior Allison Tigert ran a 5K in 20:12.2 coming in 21^st place. Senior Grace Schwenk come in 38^th running a 21:07.60. The MSU-Northern Lights come in eighth place. Senior Field Soosloff ran an 8K in 26:15.40 coming in 18^th place. Senior Liam Baez-Terry come in 29^th with a time of 26:51:.9. Michael Irvine come in right behind him running at 26:54.70.

The Lights and Skylights will head down to Lewiston, Idaho to compete in the Inland Empire Meet on October 16^th.
