The MSU-Northern Lights and Skylights cross country teams competed at the Glendive Race Warriors Open.
For the Skylights, Deserae Toombs led the way with a second-place finish and a time of 24:32.02. Emerson Kinsella followed in fourth at 25:14.72, Kaitlyn Bancroft finished fifth with a time of 25:20.82, and Elizabeth DeVries placed sixth in 25:21.72.
On the men's side, James Stensland-Plymale took second place with a time of 26:12.38, while Donovan AimsBack came in third at 26:18.48. Wyatt Lowery finished tenth in 29:42.68, and Decker Hanson rounded out the group in fourteenth with a time of 33:56.78.
The Lights and Skylights will compete next at the Frontier Conference Championships on November 7.
