The MSU-Northern Cross Country teams competed at the Montana Open on Friday.
The Skylights finished sixth overall with a team score of 218 and an average time of 23:34.6. Elizabeth Devries led the way, placing 55th with a time of 22:38.3. She was followed by Emerson Kinsella in 59th (23:13.1), Deserae Toombs in 61st (23:40.1), Makaela Kelly in 62nd, and Kaitlyn Bancroft in 63rd to round out the scoring.
The Lights had three runners competing. Donovan Aimsback paced the men's side, placing 58th with a time of 28:44.3. Wyatt Lowery followed in 70th (31:18.0), and Decker Hanson placed 82nd with a time of 38:56.9.
