The MSU-Northern Rodeo team just finished a long successful weekend in their two home rodeos.

In their first rodeo, the women's team took first place and men's team took third. On the men's side, Garrett Cunningham took first in the saddle bronc riding. Gavin McLean took second in team roping. Preston Bird and Talan Cummins took fifth place in the team roping. Charles Graveley took sixth place in saddle bronc.

The Skylights had a big win with Mikenna Schauers becoming the All-Around Champion. She took first in breakaway, second in goat tying, and second in team roping.

In their second rodeo, the women's team took second place and the men's team took third. On the men's side, Garrett Cunningham took championship in saddle bronc riding. Rope Three Irons and Tobin Cummins took first in team roping. Gavin McLean took fifth in team roping. Preston Bird and Talan Cummins took fourth in team roping. Brier Selvidge took fourth in steer wrestling, as Miles Graveley took sixth in in saddle bronc.

On the women's side, Mikena Schauer was the All-Around Champion taking first in the breakaway, third in the goat tying, and fifth in the team roping. Georgia Orahood took second in the goat tying.
